PRESENTATION OF OUR COMPANY

Our Company INTERCAT AEBE was established in 1966. It allocates privately owned facilities which consists of 30 acres, and buildings of 12.000 m² in Koropi Attica. 

We are active in  manufacturing  all varieties of metals,such as particles for cars (coach, lorries, jeep etc) as well as various types of seats for coach, buses, trolleybus, trains, boats and other manufacturing products.

Since 2001, following the requirements of the market, our facilities were modernised,and in the existing infrastructures of our company we added one of the most modern LASER cutting machines  that consists of high precision cutting.Since then, our activity was extended also in sectors such as the cutting of metals and materials (sheet irons, aluminium, stainless, PLEXY GLASS, TIMBER-WOODS, MDF etc) in various designs with high conformity and precision.

This further specialisation, allows the manufacturing of particles with precision with low cost, high speed, quality of surface of cutting, repetition of dimensions and possibility of flexibility in the change of dimensions without the need of manufacture moulds. Moreover, we emphasise in the creativity and innovation and offer materialised functional solutions for professionals but also for people of arts (sculptors, architects and other). In collaboration with our customers, we process each idea and offer our professional opinion for a result not only functional and unique but also without flaws or imperfections in the manufacturing of the designs.

Our modeling facilities are divided in the following departments:

  • Department of pressure machines (hydraulic pressure machine, maximum of  900 tons, impactive  pressure machine, maximum of  280 tons),  
  • Department of electro welding
  • Department of Polyethers  (moulds from foam),
  • Vast engineering department for the manufacturing of moulds and Prototype machines
  • Sandblast
  • Electrostatic paint

Our company activates itself with success in the manufacturing in seats of boats, trains and buses with particular attention in the exterior appearance, the functionalism,resistance  and in  general most excellent quality, that characterizes our  work. Historically in the market of manufacturing of seats, we applied the German technology,to adapt to our production stantards.(after sale service). In these frames, we undertake work of reconstruction but also production of parts, while characteristic is the multiannual guarantee that we offer for our customers. The seats as well as their tools of manufacture (moulds, Prototype machines  , calibres) are produced  entirely in our industry, with the precious contribution of our experienced and specialised personnel.

The production is watched with the rules of system of quality ISO 9001 where are observed meticulously the processes,

Our seats as well as the materials that are used for their manufacture are certified at DIN 5510-2 and UIC-CODE 564-2.
